Where do you deliver?
Our checkout currently accepts delivery addresses in the United Kingdom. Enter a complete UK address and postcode so we can prepare your order.
When will my order dispatch?
Orders dispatch within 3–5 working days. Dispatch is the time before your parcel leaves us; it is separate from the carrier’s delivery journey.
What does delivery cost?
Choose Longer Wait Delivery for free delivery, or Standard Delivery for £9.98, including VAT. The selected delivery charge is shown in checkout before you pay. A transit estimate is confirmed with your dispatch email. We do not promise a Christmas arrival date on this page.
What if I need help?
